Absolutely! This style of meditation is inclusive no matter what belief system you’re in to and we welcome the use of your own religious mantra if you wish (and don’t worry, you’ll learn about what a mantra is)!

Yes and yes! Each session is a standalone guided meditation session that’s suitable for beginners and seasoned meditators alike. There’s plenty of opportunity to ask questions and iron out any kinks in your practice.

20 minutes, 2 x a day is ideal, but even just do 2 minutes if that’s all you can manage.
